How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, which is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. To request a refund, visit paddle.net with your order details, or contact us through the enquiry form on our homepage and we will arrange it for you.

Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel the monthly plan at any time. Cancellation stops future billing; your receptionist keeps running until the end of the period you have already paid for.
