1. Who you are contracting with

Ring Rescue UK is operated by AI Ring Rescue, trading as "Ring Rescue UK" ("we", "us", "our"). When you buy or use our services you are entering into an agreement with AI Ring Rescue.

2. Acceptance

By purchasing, accessing or continuing to use Ring Rescue UK you agree to these terms. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind it. If you are an individual, you confirm you are of legal age to enter into a contract.

3. What we provide

We build, configure and host an AI phone receptionist for your business: call answering, answering routine questions using the information you give us, booking jobs, and sending you summaries of calls. The setup fee covers the initial build and launch. The monthly fee covers hosting, call minutes and ongoing tuning.

4. Your account and information

You must provide accurate information about your services, prices, availability and service area, and keep it up to date. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for activity carried out under your account.

5. Acceptable use

You must not use Ring Rescue UK to:

• break the law or facilitate unlawful activity;
• carry out fraud, spam, cold-call campaigns or deceptive practices;
• infringe anyone's intellectual property or privacy rights;
• interfere with the security or integrity of the service, including introducing malware, probing or scanning our systems, scraping, or circumventing technical limits;
• resell, redistribute or reverse engineer the service.

6. AI-generated responses

The receptionist generates responses automatically. It may occasionally be inaccurate or incomplete, and it is not a substitute for professional, legal, financial or safety advice. You are responsible for the information you supply to it, for reviewing bookings and call summaries, and for the commitments made to your customers. We may filter, restrict or refuse outputs where necessary. If you believe content produced or hosted through the service infringes your rights, contact us and we will review and remove it where appropriate; repeat infringement may result in termination.

7. Intellectual property

We retain ownership of the Ring Rescue UK software, configuration templates, documentation and branding. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for your own business while your subscription is active. You keep ownership of your own business information and call data, and grant us a limited licence to host and process it solely to deliver the service.

8. Service level

We work hard to keep the service running, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim implied warranties including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

9. Payment, billing and cancellation

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Payment, billing frequency, taxes, renewals, cancellations and refunds are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Monthly subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. See our Refund Policy.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, a security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may cancel at any time. On termination your access ends; you may request an export of your call data within 30 days, after which it may be deleted.

11. Liability

Our total aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages, including lost profits, lost data or loss of goodwill. Nothing limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or anything else that cannot be limited by law.

12. Indemnity

You will indemnify us against claims arising from your content, your unlawful use of the service, or your breach of these terms.

13. General

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. You may not assign this agreement without our consent; we may assign it as part of a merger or sale of the business. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond their reasonable control.
